Our processing time is up to 4 days. Please allow 7 days during holidays. Our days that we send out packages are Thursday’s. Orders that we receive after Wednesday will be sent out the following Thursday. If we are able to send packages earlier we will notify you and keep you updated on your package information. Once packages are sent you will receive tracking information through your email.
We are committed to our customers satisfaction and we are willing to work with you if you are unhappy with a product. Due to creating our products with all natural ingredients, without artificial preservatives, during the hotter months, products may melt. We try our best to make sure this does not happen, but it is not a guarantee. If this happens, you can place your products in the refrigerator. The whip texture may change, but the benefits of the products won’t.
If incorrect order is received please email us with a photo attached and we will send out your correct product immediately. If your products are returned due to incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping fee and refund will not be offered. If you provide the incorrect address and your product is marked delivered you will have to place another order and a refund will not be offered.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure the correct address is given at the time the order was placed. If tracking is showing that it was delivered and you didn’t receive it, contact USPS to file a claim, we will be happy to assist you with this.
If your packaged arrived and product is damaged ( this does not include melting) please send us an email immediately with photo.The email must be sent within 2 days of the order being marked delivered by the postal carrier. We will get a replacement sent out as soon as possible.
We have our ingredients listed on our products and on our website. If you are allergic to any of the ingredients listed do not use the product. We are not liable for any illness or allergic reaction.
